Having personally lived in communities such as Leisure Beach, Sea Pines, Sea Ranch, and Hernando Beach, I know these waterways firsthand. As the daughter of a contractor and former office manager for my husband’s home inspection company, I also bring practical construction and inspection knowledge that many agents simply don’t have. I understand the building process, renovation considerations, four-point inspections, insurance concerns, and many of the questions buyers and sellers face in today’s Florida market.

After personally experiencing flood restoration in my own home, I became highly educated in FEMA processes, flood mitigation, and storm recovery resources. I’ve even organized community flood demonstration events to help educate homeowners about flood protection solutions and preparedness.
